Lisa Rae Cunningham
Developing the art of bodywork is a lifelong journey, born in my passion for dance. I was a classically trained dancer, self-motivated at age 2. As a teenager my interest expanded to include dance and movement therapy, massage therapy and Eastern philosophy, and I performed in modern dance troupes while earning a degree. I discovered and fell in love with yoga. In 2000 I moved to the Navajo reservation to teach English and Social Studies. The beauty of the people and their dances, music, ceremonies and sacred land moved me to shape my life as a mother and a massage therapist in 2001. By now, most of what I know is in my hands. I provide massage, yoga, reiki and integrative bodywork combining modalities. Every session is spontaneous and intuitive, based on the dynamics of body, mind and spirit.
